3. SMS Personal Information

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from 561-556-5602, we collect and use your phone number solely for the purposes you’ve authorized (e.g., account updates, service notifications, special offers, reminders). • Purpose: Sending transactional and promotional texts as described at consent

4. Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) of your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in connection with your comment.

5. Media

If you upload images to the Site, you should avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the Site can download and extract location data from images.

6. Cookies

• If you leave a comment, you may opt in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.

• If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie checks if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

• When you log in, we set cookies to save your login and screen preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen-option cookies last for a year. Selecting “Remember Me” extends your login to two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

• If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie (no personal data) will be saved to indicate the article ID. It expires in 1 day.

7. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves the same as if you visited the originating site, which may collect data, use cookies, or track your interaction if you’re logged in to their site.

8. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or trade your data. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Email addresses and subscription data are managed securely via our proprietary CRM under strict confidentiality and security standards.

• If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and auto-approve future comments.

• For registered users (if any), we store profile information provided. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal information (except for usernames). Admins can also view and edit that information.

If you have an account or have left comments, you may request:

• An export of the personal data we hold about you

• Deletion of any personal data we hold
